HULFT to Change Corporate Name to Saison Technology International on April 1, 2024

As part of a strategic initiative to re-align the company for opportunities in the next decade and beyond, our parent company, Saison Information Systems (9640.T), will rebrand itself as Saison Technology Co., Ltd. on April 1, 2024. Also on that date, HULFT Inc., will become Saison Technology International, Inc. but our data integration products and managed services will retain the HULFT name.

“As we defined our new company mission and product roadmap for the coming decade, it made sense for us to change our company name to reflect this future, and to bring our subsidiaries under one corporate brand,” said Makoto Hayama, CEO of Saison Information Systems.  “This consolidation reaffirms to our customers and partners that we are a technology-focused company with global reach. We pledge to contribute to the richness of society through technology in the era of digital transformation (DX).”

Established in 1970, Saison Information Systems has been at the forefront of helping global businesses innovate with technology since the age of the mainframe computer and the first electronic retail and financial systems. Saison Information Systems created the HULFT business unit in the mid-1990s when it saw a need to connect databases, enterprise applications and business partners dynamically through highly scalable data integration platforms.

This year, Saison Information Systems renewed its mission for the next decade or more, to “connect the world’s data and make it useful for everyone.” To deliver on it, Saison Information Systems confirmed its roadmap of data management products and IT services that serve as a foundation for safety and security, as well as system development and operation for various industries, including finance and distribution, on a global scale. Saison Information Systems will also leverage its capabilities to address climate change, and will expand its advanced business offerings, such as the HULFT Square cloud-based data integration platform, while also strengthening its efforts towards implementing technology for the future.
