Manual PDF processing required extensive data entry between Google Sheets and QuickBooks, with information often entered up to three times. The lack of integration between sales and accounting applications hindered collaboration with RIX Japan headquarters and constrained growth objectives.

HULFT Data Capture leveraged OCR technology, enabling digital capture of PDF fields and eliminating manual data entry errors. HULFT Integrate’s architecture and pre-built adapters automated purchase and sales order creation while maintaining system connectivity. 

HULFT Professional Services custom-designed a new ERP database and automation processes tailored to RIX’s workflows, ensuring alignment with existing business processes. The second phase created a comprehensive data management platform tracking sales operations, quotes, and orders while providing accessibility to both North American and Japanese teams.
